Milestone Physical Therapy was created in 2013 to provide in-home therapy services to children throughout Bedford, Blair, and Somerset counties. Based in Schellsburg, Milestone Physical Therapy is known to be one of the best providers of early intervention services in the area. We believe that our patients deserve the best care and we make an effort to make sure you always feel at ease.

In 2019 we expanded our practice to include outpatient Physical and Occupational Therapy services with specialization in pediatrics and in 2021 Speech Therapy was added to our practice. Milestone Physical Therapy specializes in working one on one with our clients, especially pediatrics. Our Physical, occupational, and speech therapy staff offer experience working with children and adults of all ages and offer diverse clinical backgrounds.

Milestone Physical Therapy, LLC, is owned and operated by Dr. Karen Leppert, PT, DPT, PCS, the area’s only board certified pediatric physical therapist. Our goal is to help each individual reach his or her maximum potential.
